Tastefully remodeled, this contemporary country manor is European inspired, with relaxed charm and elegance. It boasts 6 bedrooms/4 baths on 7 private scenic acres. It is retreat-like yet close to town, with only a 5 minute drive to 50+ wineries, golf, hiking, horseback riding, shopping and fine dining. With relaxed elegance, spending time at Lavender Hill Ranch will help you restore and renew. There is a new hot tub, new BBQ, (except in hire fire season), games like bocce ball and badminton, a 48" flat screen TV, a library, wifi, AC, a beautiful fireplace, a piano, yoga mats and garden areas. The Ranch boasts spacious, sunny rooms with large remodeled bathrooms. All beds have new luxury mattresses and 100% fine cotton linens and sheets. The lawns and gardens overlook stunning high vistas with many outdoor seating areas to escape to.

 

The house is made for entertaining. Each room is sunny, with lots of windows,

has expansive mountain, valley or garden views and is tastefully decorated

with new carpeting, linens and furniture. The new gourmet kitchen is fully

stocked with new appliances, extensive cookware and place servings for 12.

It has an open bar area with barstools as part of the family room with breath

taking views of the valley and mountains. The formal dining room has a large

mahogany table seating 10-12 and a large serving buffet with beautiful

panoramic mountain views. Both the family room and large living rooms

have comfortable couches, beautiful hickory flooring and gorgeous new

carpets and area rugs, featured with banks of tall windows capturing

the gorgeous scenery. There is a piano for your enjoyment, yoga mats,

reading library, cable TV and a variety of games.

The master suite has a new Cal King and looks out over a rose garden with a stunning backdrop of dramatic mountains. Its bathroom is huge with a large, oversized tub and a large separate shower. It has another small room off the master suite with a double bed so the suite can act as a family suite or be used separately.

 

The third bedroom has a queen, a full bathroom and overlooks the front of the house and gardens. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with its own private door out to the back lawn and gardens with magnificent views. The Fifth bedroom, the Blue Sky Room, is a large room with a king bed, walled with a bank of large windows overlooking the Santa Ynez valley, Figueroa mountains, and garden. The Sixth bedroom is upstairs on the second floor. It is a suite of a queen bed, with a twin bed as well, featuring its own full bathroom. It as a writing desk overlooking the far reaching views of the valley.

 

This magnificent house is so peaceful with its gorgeous landscape, views and spaciousness. You will feel relaxed and restored after only a few hours at the Ranch.

With over 50+ wineries within a 10 minute drive and many outdoor activities, you will build amazing

Getting Around

The estate is a 5 minute drive to down town Solvang, Los Olivos and Santa Ynez.
